When 247 Labs turned to me to revamp its social media I needed the call.
247 Labs, a web development and IT services firm based on Toronto had been active for 13 years but struggled to stand out online in a crowded field of competitors. I guided the organization to be more intentional in highlighting its services, but in a far more edgy and humorous way that played off of current events and popular memes. I also directed the team to use the logos in a consistent way in all their posts, which had not been done up to this point.
